Hi Macala, I absolutely agree with you. Nothing beats clarity of intention. Mindfulness has also thought me to focus on what I want, as in what I want to come in into my life instead of what I want out of my life. The thing is, anything that comes in requires something else to come out. By increasing love, we decrease fear. By increasing organization and cleaning, we get rid of clutter. Sometimes we focus too much on what we don't want, and I get it, we need to identify what we dont want. But we also need to identify what we want to replace it. Because without a clear intention, we might get something we don't want, and continue confused. Interesting that as I commented on your post I found myself a new subject to write about.
